Login Information

Individual User Login

First Time User Login

  • After subscribing to one or more letters, you will receive an email with your first time temporary login
  • Go to the TRC Login page
  • Use your temporary id to login
  • Follow the prompts to establish your new login:
    • Username = your email address
    • Password = what you define during the setup process

Individual User Login

  • Go to the TRC Login page
    • Username = your email address
    • Password = what you define during the setup process
Enterprise User Login (Your company sponsors subscription)

First Time User Login - Self-Registration

  • Your employer has either provided you with a URL to select OR if you are setup on IP address, go to your authorized letter
  • In the upper right hand corner, confirmation of your company authorized access.
  • Select Login
  • Follow the prompts to establish your new login:
    • Fill out account information
    • Username = create your own username
    • Password = create your password

First Time User Login - Employer Managed Access

  • You will receive a temporary id to login from your administrator
  • Go to the TRC Login page: https://oam.therapeuticresearch.com/login
  • Use your temporary id to login
  • Follow the prompts to establish your new login:
    • Username = create your own username
    • Password = create your password

Managing Account Profile

Update your account details

  • Log into your Letter site
  • Select "My Account" menu option under your name
  • Select "Edit" Contact Information to update name, address, email address information
  • Select "Edit" CE Profile to update profession, NABPid and License information
  • Select "Edit" Login to update username and password
  • Select "Edit" Subscriptions to update Individual subscriptions
    • To renew click "Renew"
    • Enterprise users see the subscriptions paid by enterprise; subscriptions are not editable
  • Select "Edit" Preferences to manage newsletter information

Managing State License Information

  • Click on "Add License"
  • Select the License Country
  • Select the License State, Province, or Territory
  • Enter your license number (if required)
  • Select your renewal period
    • You may have more than one renewal period to select from
  • Optional: Select any additional services you provide (i.e. Immunization)
  • Click "Save"
  • Click on "Go to Organizer" to view your requirements
  • If your CE renewal period is not available in the dropdown list:
    • Click the "My CE renewal period is different" link
    • Enter the CE renewal end date by updating the month, day, and year fields
    • Verify the CE renewal start date and update the month, day, and year fields if necessary

NABP e-Profile ID

  • As an ACPE-accredited CE provider, we are required to send an NABP e-Profile ID and MM/DD of birth to ACPE (who forwards on to NABP) for every CE course taken with us by a pharmacist or pharmacy technician.
  • If you do not have an NABP e-Profile ID on file with us, the system will prompt you to enter this information.

Understanding Your Course Organizer

Access the Course Organizer:

  • Log into your Letter site
  • Select "Go to CE & Training"

Search and find Courses

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select "Available" for a list of all available courses
  • Select "All topics" and select a topic. The course list will be filtered by that topic
    • Alternatively, click on the down arrow to filter the course list by your state requirements, course format, etc.
  • Select "Apply" after selecting your filter options
  • Select a course
  • Select "Start"
  • Select "Review the Material and Take the Quiz"
  • Select "Continue" to begin the course study

Review Completed Courses

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select the "Completed" tab
  • Select the "Go to Course" button next to the course name to view the course again
  • Select the "Get Statement" button next to the course name to print your Statement of Participation

Adding Courses from other Providers

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select "Track CE from other providers"
  • Complete the form
  • Select "Save CE"

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select the "Organizer" tab
  • Select the blue number under the red "Remaining" column
  • The shown courses are a list of content that will help you meet your CE state requirements

Printing the issue

  • Printable PDFs of the entire issue are available only for Prescriber's Letter, Pharmacist's Letter, Pharmacy Technician's Letter, and their Canadian versions. Here's how:
    • Log in and click on Letter in the top navigation.
    • Select Current Issue or go to the Past Issues section to find the issue you want to print.
    • Click the "View Printable PDF" link at the top of the Table of Contents.
      • Depending on your browser, the issue PDF will automatically download or open. You may then print that PDF using your computer's controls. Try File > Print, or type CTRL + P on a Windows computer or CMD + P on a Mac for a shortcut.
  • Printable PDFs of the entire issue are not available for Hospital Pharmacist's Letter or Hospital Pharmacy Technician's Letter. You may print individual articles and resources. Look for the "View Printable PDF" link just beneath the article or resource headline.

Export a Transcript

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select the "Completed" tab
  • Select “Export Transcript” – this is a blue button to the right of the course list
  • Fill in the dates you’d like to cover as well as the format and select “Export Transcript” to complete and download
Print and Save a Completion Statement

  • Select "Go to CE & Training"
  • Select the "Completed" tab
  • Select the “Statement” button next to the course name you are looking to print or save the statement for

    • Pennsylvania Healthcare Professionals: TRC reports continuing education credit for the course Child Abuse Identification and Reporting: The 3-Hour Pennsylvania Requirement within 24 hours to the Department of State, which relays the completion to your Board. The completion date reported may be viewed on your certificate(s) of completion. This course fulfills both the 2-hour renewal requirement and the 3-hour initial license requirement for most healthcare professionals. Please allow 14 to 28 days for your Board to process the completion. You may monitor the status of your license online at https://www.pals.pa.gov/.
    • American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM): TRC reports continuing medical education credit (CME) to the ABIM. The completion date reported may be viewed on your certificate(s) of completion. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit. Completion of this course constitutes permission to share the completion data with ACCME. You must provide your ABIM number and date of birth on the License page of your Profile to receive credit. You can check on the status of your certification at http://www.abim.org/.
    • American Board of Surgery (ABS): TRC reports continuing medical education credit (CME) to the ABS. Successful completion of a CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME and/or Self-Assessment requirements of the American Board of Surgery's Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
    • American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA): TRC reports continuing medical education credit (CME) to the ABA. The completion date reported may be viewed on your certificate(s) of completion. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity in the American Board of Anesthesiology's (ABA) redesigned Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology Program (MOCA)®, known as MOCA 2.0®. You must provide your ABA number and date of birth on the License page of your Profile to receive credit.
    • American Board of Pediatrics (ABP): TRC reports continuing medical education credit (CME) to the ABP. The completion date reported may be viewed on your certificate(s) of completion. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity in the American Board of Pediatrics' (ABP) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABP MOC credit. You must provide your ABP number and date of birth on the License page of your Profile to receive credit.
    • American Board of Ophthalmology (ABO): TRC reports continuing medical education credit (CME) to the ABO. The completion date reported may be viewed on your certificate(s) of completion. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABO MOC credit. Completion of this course constitutes permission to share the completion data with ACCME. You must provide your ABO number and date of birth on the License page of your Profile to receive credit.
    • National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP): TRC will report your credit to the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP), provided that you add your NABP e-Profile ID and date of birth to your account. If you elect to opt out of entering this information, you agree to not hold TRC responsible for reporting your credit. For more information on the advantages of registering for an NABP e-Profile ID, please go to https://nabp.pharmacy/cpe-monitor-service/.
    • New York: TRC does not report continuing education credit for New York healthcare professionals completing Infection Control or Child Abuse, although both of our courses are approved by the state.
      • For licensees completing our New York Child Abuse course, upon completion you will receive a Certificate of Completion from the New York Education Department. Please fill out Part A: Trainee Information and return to TRC by mail, fax or email. Once received, TRC will complete Part B of the form and return the form to you. You must then submit the completed form to the New York State Education Department (address is included on form).
